Every piece is pressed with care and quality-checked before it leaves our hands. No exceptions.

Pickup or Delivery
Local pickup in Sudbury or shipped directly to you. We will let you know as soon as your order is ready.

Accepted File Formats
PNG with transparent background — preferred. SVG, AI, EPS and PDF also accepted. JPG for photos only. No screenshots, no Word files, no images copied from Google.
Resolution
Minimum 300 DPI. The larger the file the better — we can always scale down but never up cleanly.
Maximum Print Sizes
T-Shirt chest: up to 12" x 14" · Hoodie chest: up to 10" x 12" · Tote bag: up to 10" x 10" · Cap: up to 2.5" x 5"
Printing Methods
DTF — full colour, photo quality, works on any fabric colour. HTV — bold solid designs, vinyl feel, very durable. Not sure which is right for your design? Just ask us.
